- Requirements Analysis: Review of requirements and designs for avionics systems
- Test Case Development: Definition of test cases and scenarios for the verification of system requirements
- Test Execution: Development of test procedures and scripts as well as conduction of system integration tests in avionic rigs
- Result Analysis: Analysis of test results/data including deviations and system problem reports

- Successfully completed Master's or Diplom degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Aerospace, or comparable vocational education with several years of relevant experience
- Several years of professional experience in the aerospace industry
- Good knowledge of avionic systems; knowledge of mission systems, datalinks, and sensors is especially valuable
- Programming skills, ideally in Python, ATL, or C/C++
- Business fluent English (at least C1); good command of German is an advantage
- International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) certification and knowledge in the field of software testing are valuable
- Problem-solving attitude, teamwork skills, and the ability to work temporarily under pressure
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
