At Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH in Donauwörth and Bäumenheim, you will be responsible as a Painter and Varnisher for the surface treatment and coating of helicopter components and assemblies. You work with modern coating systems and ensure the quality and protective function of every surface – from preparation to final application.

Responsibilities
- Coating systems: dosing, mixing, and preparing for application
- Masking and unmasking of non-coated areas on composite parts and helicopter structures
- Grinding and filling surfaces to prepare them for coating
- Preparation of complete helicopter assemblies and components for the coating process
- Application of primer and topcoat according to technical specifications
- Cleaning military helicopters and their components after completion
- Quality assurance through documentation and control of all work steps
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a painter and coater / vehicle painter (m/f)
- Several years of professional experience in manufacturing or production, especially as a coater
- Extensive practical experience in coating vehicles or technical components
- Proficient use of MS Office (advanced application knowledge)
- Business fluent German (at least C1); basic skills in English (at least A2)
- Willingness to work shifts (3-shift system required) and overtime
- High motivation, flexibility, teamwork, and independent working style
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
