Tasks

• Preparation of surfaces for coating: cleaning, activating, masking, and providing tools and materials
• Application of paints, sealants, adhesives, and waxes to aircraft structures – including synchronous coating processes
• Application of technical markings, decorative elements, and auxiliary foils
• Working according to technical drawings and manufacturing documents
• Compliance with quality and safety standards as well as FOD (Foreign Object Debris) requirements
• Collaboration in rotating teams and across different production areas in a 3-shift system

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as a vehicle painter, painter / varnisher, or process mechanic for coating technology
• Extensive professional experience in painting and manufacturing / production, ideally in the aerospace sector
• Desirable: initial experience at Airbus or in the aviation industry
• Solid knowledge of German (at least B2), basic knowledge of English (at least A2)
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system, including weekend and overtime work
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
