For our client Diehl Metering GmbH, we are looking for a Painter / Surface Coater Aviation Industry at the Ansbach near Nuremberg site. In this central role, you are responsible for the timely supply of high-quality coated components to production – from preparation and quality control to packaging.

Responsibilities
- Production Supply: Ensure timely provision of painted components for manufacturing
- Component Preparation: Prepare parts for painting and powder coating processes, including blasting at shot blasting systems
- Quality Control: Inspect coated parts, package them, and prepare them for shipment
- Equipment Operation: Perform maintenance and repair work on coating systems
- Process Optimization: Continuously monitor and improve workflows in the coating area
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in a commercial or craft trade (e.g., as a painter, surface coater, or in a comparable profession)
- Initial experience in painting or surface coating is an advantage
- General PC skills
- Business fluent German (at least C1)
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system (rotating shifts)
- Teamwork skills, high sense of responsibility, initiative, and resilience
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
