Responsibilities
- Customer advocacy throughout the entire development cycle as the voice of passengers and airline users
- Requirements management: Definition and description of Perceived Quality requirements and their means of compliance
- Product development: Integration of Perceived Quality goals from the start and their implementation during development
- Method development: Continuous improvement and standardization of the Perceived Quality method and toolkit
- Communication & training: Dissemination of Perceived Quality knowledge and conducting information sessions
- Quality assessment: Conducting assessments as part of the assessor pool and guiding other personnel
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a technical field (at least Bachelor's)
- Many years of experience in engineering, ideally in product development
- Several years of experience in customer service, project management, and quality management
- Proficient use of DOORS and Skywise/data analysis tools
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Willingness to travel within Europe (maximum once per month)
- Strong teamwork, communication skills, and structured problem-solving ability
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
