Responsibilities


  • Ensure reliable project planning within the Airframe Analysis department using established methods such as Lean Management 
  • Harmonize planning assumptions across projects and sites within the Engineering area
  • Support project teams with planning, steering, and performance control
  • Conduct assessment of existing work processes and methods, identifying improvement actions collaboratively
  • Define, monitor, and optimize KPIs to measure progress and ensure traceability
  • Lead improvement initiatives and performance projects, ensuring effective implementation
  • Develop and maintain dashboard overviews to communicate potential, progress and added value
  • Support a process-oriented, value-driven work culture


Qualifications

  • A degree in Engineering or Industrial Engineering (at least Bachelor's level)
  • Extensive professional experience in: Engineering (preferably in aerospace), Leadership roles, Project management, Performance management, Process optimization
  • Solid understanding of Lean Management and Continuous Improvement (CIP)
  • Strong communication skills, structured mindset, digital affinity
  • Fluent in German and English (at least C1 level)
  • Willingness to travel nationally about once per month
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union is mandatory (no student visas accepted)
