Responsibilities


  • Financial planning and steering for the development area, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Finance Business Partnering: Support management in strategic discussions and decision-making with quantitative and qualitative data
  • Performance management: Analyze performance data, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions
  • Process optimization: Continuously improve and digitalize planning, budgeting, and controlling processes
  • Resource steering: Plan and coordinate workload and workforce according to targets and strategy
  • Program monitoring: Monitor and steer programs using Earned Value Management (EVM)
  • Reporting: Prepare timely and meaningful financial reports and consolidate them


Qualifications

  • Successfully completed Master's or Diplom degree in Business Administration or Finance
  • Many years of professional experience in controlling, finance, and IT/information systems (at least 5 years each)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of financial processes, tools, and basic legal and HR processes
  • Proficient use of MS Office (detailed functions) and SAP (detailed functions)
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
  • High resilience, organizational talent, flexibility, and a high degree of independence
  • Strong teamwork skills, communication skills, and sense of responsibility
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
