At Airbus Aerostructures GmbH in Augsburg, you will work as a PLC Programmer Production Facilities on the diagnostic capability and maintenance systems of modern civil and military helicopters. You combine technical detail knowledge with systems thinking – from functional logic to root cause analysis. The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 62,900 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 31.07.2027. Tasks
- Assume operational responsibility for storage and backup in Germany in accordance with ITIL and ensure stable, high-quality operations
- Administer the storage, backup, and recovery infrastructure in accordance with defined KPIs and SLAs
- Contribute to the planning, development, and implementation of new storage and backup solutions (block / file / object, SyncMirror)
- Manage costs and drive continuous improvements within the area of responsibility
- Provide technical support for root cause analyses, particularly during operational disruptions
- Perform complex administrative tasks with a high level of authorization and responsibility
- Contribute automation ideas and best practices to standardize operational processes
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechatronics or Industrial Engineering (at least a Bachelor's degree)
- Many years of experience in the development and electrical design of mechatronic equipment and systems
- Very good knowledge of design and process standards as well as national/international standards and regulations
- Good knowledge of SAP and E-CAD tools, for example ZUKEN or MENTOR CHS or EPLAN
- Business fluent in German (at least C1) and proficient in English (at least B two)
- A valid and unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
- Team capability, communication strength and analytical thinking ability as well as independent working method
