For our client Airbus Aerostructures GmbH, we are looking for a Process Engineer Work Scheduling at the Augsburg site. You will develop industrial concepts and create precise work plans that pave the way from design to efficient series production.

Responsibilities


  • Work plan creation: Creation and adaptation of new and series work plans for assemblies based on 2D and 3D design solutions
  • Master data maintenance: Creation and continuous maintenance of part master records in the SAP production planning system
  • Industrialization: Definition and realization of manufacturing concepts according to process D2R.03.02.01
  • Configuration validation: Verification of conformity between "as designed" and "as built" by controlling validities in SAP, PLM and eCAIR
  • Change management: Checking and incorporating changes to drawings, manufacturing instructions and commissioning specifications
  • Process optimization: Participation in standard line balancing (AVD, PERT) to increase efficiency
  • Quotation calculation: Submission of planning in hours for quotation purposes


Qualifications

  • Completed degree in mechanical engineering, a technical field, or a comparable qualification (at least Bachelor's degree)
  • Sound knowledge of assembly as well as experience in time management / industrial engineering
  • Experience in handling production planning systems, especially SAP-PR3, is mandatory
  • Proficient use of MS Office and knowledge of CATIA V5
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
  • Strong cost and quality awareness, excellent cooperation and assertiveness skills, as well as analytical thinking
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
