On behalf of our client Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, we are looking for a Process Integration Manager to manage transformation projects that prepare the organization for future-ready business processes. In this key role, you support Airbus in transitioning from legacy systems (R3) to SAP S/4HANA – not simply as a system upgrade but as an enterprise-wide business transformation. Tasks
- Translate complex operational needs into scalable business standard processes as part of the SAP S/4HANA enablement
- Launch and prioritize improvement projects via the Inflow Control Board based on value, sustainability, and operational efficiency
- Own the project lifecycle from definition and planning to implementation and closure – including complex, matrix-driven governance
- Ensure delivery in terms of timeline, scope, cost and quality, aligned with internal and external compliance and customer expectations
- Actively manage risks, opportunities, and partner relations across departments and suppliers
- Analyze supply chain data structures in an SAP S/4HANA environment to drive actionable improvements
- Use data modeling and performance insights to create transparency and trigger measurable process changes
Qualifications
- Completed university degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain Management (minimum Bachelor)
- Several years of work experience in project management, customer service or supply chain/logistics
- Strong knowledge in project management and process improvement, ideally within SAP-driven environments
- Good knowledge of SAP (detailed functions) and confident working with Google Workspace
- Previous experience with digitalisation and data analysis tools
- Fluent English skills (min. C1) required; German or French is a plus
- English CV required
- A valid and unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
