Tasks
- Coordination and management of complex projects with a focus on budget, planning, and resources
- Negotiation and alignment of project budgets with central programme and finance teams
- Continuous budget monitoring and corrective actions in case of deviations to ensure project progress
- Optimisation of existing processes through analysis and development of more efficient workflows
- Proactive risk and opportunity management, including escalation of critical deviations
- Close collaboration with engineering and finance teams
- Preparation of reports and presentations for stakeholders across various levels
Qualifications
- Completed university degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Management or Economics
- Several years of professional experience in project management, finance, interface management, and project leadership – ideally within the Airbus environment
- Solid knowledge of process management and basic understanding of project management required; experience in budget planning is an advantage
- Proficient in SAP and MS Excel at an advanced level; confident use of Google Workspace
- Proficient German skills (min. B2) and business fluent English skills (min. C1); French is a plus
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
