Tasks
- Independent production control in day-to-day business, including starting and tracking production orders in accordance with the SAP schedule
- Ensuring material availability and resolving missing parts situations
- Coordination of a logistics subcontractor
- Control of deliveries to Airbus, including redistribution of doors as needed
- Inventory management, including evaluation, assessment, and initiation of measures
- Conducting inventories and material postings for system maintenance
- Coordinationwith interfaces such as scheduling, purchasing, work preparation and production
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training with additional qualification as a technician or master craftsman with many years of professional experience, e.g., as an industrial clerk, logistics specialist, wholesale and foreign trade clerk, or comparable commercial/industrial training
- Several years of professional experience in the areas of production control, production planning, production/manufacturing, logistics and warehouse logistics
- Several years of experience in aerospace, project management, supply chain and technical documentation
- Confident use of SAP, MS Office (especially MS Excel, including pivot tables)
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
