Responsibilities
- Goods Receipt and Inspection Planning: Defining and steering the sequence for goods receipt and extension inspections
- Material Release: Tracking material tests for release and extension of durability
- Material Availability: Planning and ensuring daily availability in production supply areas
- Faulty Material Analysis: Determining and investigating faulty material regarding durability
- Process Optimisation: Continuous optimisation of disposition parameters such as stock levels, lead times, and turnover rates
- Warehouse Management: Managing the external cold storage facility in Memmingen for chilled goods and hazardous materials
- Cold Chain Management: Ensuring compliance with the cold chain for affected materials
- Interface Coordination: Main point of contact for the external warehouse in Memmingen and responsibility for external material calls
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training with further education as a certified technician or master craftsman (IHK) in a technical-commercial field
- At least several years of professional experience in manufacturing or production
- Several years of experience in the areas of logistics and material disposition
- Detailed functional knowledge of SAP and MS Office
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2)
- High level of commitment and team skills, combined with an independent way of working
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
