Tasks
- Checking and ensuring component availability, including material and component procurement
- Maintaining master data in SAP and consistently tracking availability
- Processing external customer orders and clarifying customer inquiries
- Scheduling and controlling planned and production orders and coordinating stock transfers
- Processing quality reports and tracking the necessary measures
- Creating reports, key figures, and statistics for managing the department
- Performing coverage checks and processing orders, including supplier parts
- Planning and coordinating shipping activities, scrapping, spare parts processing (after sales), and delegated procurement
Qualifications
- Completed technical or commercial vocational training with further training as a technician or master craftsman or a comparable qualification
- Many years of professional experience in scheduling/material procurement, production planning and control, or supply chain/logistics
- Experience in aviation is an advantage
- Confident use of common IT systems; knowledge of SAP R/3 (detailed functions) and Google Workspace
- Business fluent in German (at least C1)
- Advanced English (at least B2)
- Willingness to work early shifts
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
