Tasks

  • Checking and ensuring component availability, including material and component procurement
  • Maintaining master data in SAP and consistently tracking availability
  • Processing external customer orders and clarifying customer inquiries
  • Scheduling and controlling planned and production orders and coordinating stock transfers
  • Processing quality reports and tracking the necessary measures
  • Creating reports, key figures, and statistics for managing the department
  • Performing coverage checks and processing orders, including supplier parts
  • Planning and coordinating shipping activities, scrapping, spare parts processing (after sales), and delegated procurement

Qualifications

  • Completed technical or commercial vocational training with further training as a technician or master craftsman or a comparable qualification
  • Many years of professional experience in scheduling/material procurement, production planning and control, or supply chain/logistics
  • Experience in aviation is an advantage
  • Confident use of common IT systems; knowledge of SAP R/3 (detailed functions) and Google Workspace
  • Business fluent in German (at least C1)
  • Advanced English (at least B2)
  • Willingness to work early shifts
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
