Tasks

  • Bonding and adjusting optical components according to precise specifications
  • Cleaning optics under clean room conditions
  • Soldering components and assembling mechanical assemblies
  • Selecting suitable measuring and testing equipment and carrying out measurements
  • Completing test reports and documenting work steps
  • Assisting with the dismantling and analysis of repair equipment

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training in a technical field or comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in an assembly company is essential
  • Experience in handling optical components and cleaning them
  • Good knowledge of assembly work and soldering and bonding techniques
  • Business fluent in German (at least C1), advanced English (at least B2)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is essential
