Tasks

  • Determining the production sequence, taking into account capacities, deadlines, and material availability
  • Managing and monitoring work orders in SAP to ensure production progress
  • Coordinating with related departments to schedule unscheduled customer orders (on-time delivery)
  • Coordinating material availability and organizing timely transport
  • Communicating relevant information about delays, missing parts, or special approvals
  • Acting as the contact person for KPI tracking in the Electrical Design, Development & Component Engineering (EDDCE) department and as the interface for material disruptions
  • Communicating with DAHER on logistics issues and providing support in purchasing coordination

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational or commercial training, e.g., as an industrial clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk, or technical qualification (e.g., technician or master craftsman)
  • Many years of professional experience in production control, production planning, work preparation, or supply chain
  • In-depth understanding of production and development processes
  • Very good knowledge of SAP and common MS Office applications
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
