Tasks
- Determining the production sequence, taking into account capacities, deadlines, and material availability
- Managing and monitoring work orders in SAP to ensure production progress
- Coordinating with related departments to schedule unscheduled customer orders (on-time delivery)
- Coordinating material availability and organizing timely transport
- Communicating relevant information about delays, missing parts, or special approvals
- Acting as the contact person for KPI tracking in the Electrical Design, Development & Component Engineering (EDDCE) department and as the interface for material disruptions
- Communicating with DAHER on logistics issues and providing support in purchasing coordination
Qualifications
- Completed vocational or commercial training, e.g., as an industrial clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk, or technical qualification (e.g., technician or master craftsman)
- Many years of professional experience in production control, production planning, work preparation, or supply chain
- In-depth understanding of production and development processes
- Very good knowledge of SAP and common MS Office applications
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
