Responsibilities


  • Production planning for individual parts and assemblies in new and series production
  • Manufacturing concepts selection and creation of work plans
  • Standardized work instructions (SOIs) and other manufacturing documentation preparation
  • Process optimization through identification of manufacturing problems and initiation of corrective actions
  • Manufacturing equipment standardized commissioning and further development
  • Budget, resource, and investment planning preparation for the finance department
  • Continuous improvement process (CIP) coordination regarding costs, deadlines, and quality
  • Disposition and control of component availability, workshop and construction site control, and deadline monitoring


Qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree in aircraft construction, engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable technical field (at least technician/specialist)
  • Several years of professional experience in production planning/control, manufacturing engineering, or production planning and control
  • Experience in aircraft construction
  • Proficient use of SAP (detailed functions) as well as in-depth knowledge of Taksy/Gesy/Tesy and zamiz
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
  • Basic knowledge of continuous improvement process (CIP) and civil aviation documentation
  • Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and independent working style
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
