Tasks
- Creating work instructions/documentation for complex manufacturing and maintenance activities as well as modifications in the Interior domain
- Creating and maintaining master, planning and control data, as well as evaluating work packages
- Performing quality assurance for work instructions as well as planning and control data
- Coordinating cross-process steps and providing technical guidance to production employees during project phases
- Supporting Engineering in implementing manufacturing/maintenance requirements and regulatory requirements, as well as in technical documentation
- Developing specifications together with Engineering, initiating trials and accompanying changes/modifications
- Managing projects and special tasks in coordination with all stakeholders through to operational implementation
Qualifications
- Completed technical vocational training with an advanced additional qualification (e.g., Aviation Planning Specialist or Aviation Industry Master Craftsman (IHK)) or a proven equivalent qualification
- Extensive professional experience in aircraft or component maintenance
- Basic business administration knowledge as well as good knowledge of aviation regulatory requirements
- Good knowledge of SAP R/3 and Microsoft Office
- Good German skills (min. B2) and advanced English skills (min. B1)
- Strong negotiation and assertiveness skills, as well as a confident manner and good cooperation skills
- High resilience and flexibility, with strong teamwork and project work skills and good organizational ability
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
