Responsibilities
- Laminating CFRP and GFRP components using carbon‑ and glass‑fibre composites
- Vacuum Setup for processing plastic components, prepared independently
- Fine‑Cleaning & Grinding resin and component edges to precise dimensional tolerances
- Material Logistics including ordering, commissioning and documentation of parts
- Documentation of all work processes and non‑conformities according to quality standards
- Tool Operation of lifting and hoisting equipment as well as transport of working materials
- Maintenance of operating equipment and their regular servicing tasks
- Team Coordination through flexible readiness for deployment at various construction sites
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as Industrial Mechanic, Mechatronics Technician, Carpenter or Plastics‑ and Rubber‑Technology Process Technician
- Several years of professional experience in plastics‑ and rubber‑technology
- Experience in building vacuum setups and laminating CFRP‑ and GFRP‑components
- Knowledge in operating lifting‑ and hoisting equipment as well as material commissioning
- Business fluent German (at least C1); basic English skills (at least A2)
- Willingness to work shifts in a 3‑shift system as well as flexible deployment readiness
- High quality awareness, quick comprehension and independent working style
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
