Responsibilities


  • Material and component handling: Consideration of material behavior in the plant process as well as loading and unloading of transport carriers
  • Production support: Forwarding of production orders and components to the next cost center
  • System documentation: Execution of system notifications and documentation
  • Component preparation: Deburring, cleaning, marking, and labeling of components
  • Simple machining: Execution of drilling operations as well as chamfering of radii and edges
  • Material preparation: Pre-sorting, separating, fixing, and preparing material, sheets, and components for manufacturing
  • Machine setup: Placing, pinning, and clamping components onto machines and fixtures
  • Plant maintenance: Support with simple maintenance work


Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic, machining mechanic, or in a wood or metalworking trade
  • Several years of professional experience in manufacturing or production
  • Experience in handling materials and components in industrial manufacturing
  • Basic knowledge of Google Workspace
  • Business fluent German (at least C1)
  • Willingness to work in 3-shift operation
  • Structured and results-oriented way of working, team skills, and strong communication abilities
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
