Responsibilities
- Program steering: Plan and be responsible for all activities to deliver specifications to the Product Owner on time
- Stakeholder management: Engage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders at both operational and steering levels
- Specification creation: Initiate the creation of specifications with subject matter experts and support the template filling process
- Requirements management: Translate specifications into user stories and clarify details with experts and focal points
- Validation: Organize and conduct the validation of developed KPIs and dashboards
- Scope management: Adjust, document the evolution of the project scope (KPIs), and address blocking points
- Project objectives: Ensure the achievement of project objectives (dashboard development) regarding time, quality, and cost
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in project management, a technical subject, or business administration (at least Bachelor's)
- Many years of professional experience in the aerospace industry
- Several years of experience in project management
- Proficient use of Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- CV in English required
- Strong teamwork and communication skills in an international environment
- Analytical thinking and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to work
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
