At Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, you will take on a central role as a Project and Performance Manager in the Single Aisle Customer Line. You will establish efficient governance structures, develop meaningful reporting systems, and derive concrete measures and projects from them. Your work is the key to continuous improvement and the implementation of best practices.

Responsibilities
- Business Governance: Establish efficient control structures
- Reporting: Develop reporting systems that deliver meaningful performance metrics
- Corrective Measures: Derive and implement initiatives from analyses
- Support business operations in the implementation of best practices
- Projects: Set up and lead projects derived from performance management
- Portfolio Management: Build and manage the portfolio for the business unit
- End-to-End Planning: Develop project planning and track progress
- Risk and Opportunity Management: Establish management processes and control deviations
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Aerospace Engineering, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a comparable technical field (at least Bachelor's)
- Several years of professional experience in project leadership and project management
- Several years of experience in performance management
- Good knowledge of project management; basic knowledge of quality assurance is an advantage
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Proficient use of Google Workspace; Palantir programming skills are desirable
- Experience at Airbus is an advantage
- Analytical mindset, structured and independent way of working, and strong communication skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
