We are currently looking for a Project Assistant Logistics / Materials Management for our client HENSOLDT Sensors GmbH in Immenstaad. In this position, you will support project management in logistics processes – from shipping and ordering to technical material supply. If you are just as confident working with ERP systems as you are communicating with interfaces, then we look forward to receiving your application!

Tasks
- Supporting the project management in logistical activities within the scope of technical projects
- Handling shipping processes and order management in the ERP system (SAP)
- Organising material supply for the production departments
- Creating SD orders and documenting deliveries in SAP
- Coordinating with the central warehouse and other internal interfaces
- Monitoring and tracking customer deliveries
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in a commercial or logistics-related field
- Confident handling of MS Office and solid knowledge of SAP, ideally SAP SD
- Interest in technical products and processes in the field of aerospace / avionics is required
- Business fluent German skills (at least C1) and advanced English skills (at least B2)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is strictly required
