We are looking for you as a Project Assistant / Project Support Officer Lean Management for our client Lufthansa Technik AG in Frankfurt am Main. Tasks
- Supporting project management and sub-project management in planning, monitoring, and controlling the project
- Ensuring lean methodology through structured process and measure analyses
- Further developing continuous improvement processes (CIP) and ensuring their implementation in the project environment
- Effectively applying lean methods in project governance and anchoring them with stakeholders
- Improving and maintaining the processes, methods, and tools that support the project
- Preparing, organizing, and following up on workshops and meetings, including room and conference organization
- Tracking and documenting project status, work progress, problems, and obstacles, and deriving measures
- Creating reports and minutes and managing project documentation (master data, access, versioning, archiving, reports)
Qualifications
- High school diploma and (technical) university degree in economics, engineering, or comparable, or training as an aviation clerk with a vocational academy
- Several years of relevant professional experience is an advantage
- Experience in conducting workshops, presentations, project management, and lean methods is desirable
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1 in each)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
