Tasks
- Integration and analysis of schedule, cost, resource, and quality data for project steering and control
- Creation and maintenance of program and project plans, including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and detailed scheduling
- Execution of Risk & Opportunity Management (R&O Management)
- Performance monitoring: milestone tracking, steering actions, reporting, and preparation of phase reviews
- Implementation of change management and configuration control with a focus on contract-relevant data
- Implementation and further development of project management processes and PM tools in an operational environment
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Engineering, Business Informatics, or Business Administration
- Several years of professional experience in project management, manufacturing/production, production planning and control, supplier management, and quality management
- Experience in aerospace is an advantage
- Advanced user knowledge of SAP and confident use of Google Workspace
- Proficient / negotiation-level German and English skills (min. C1)
- Team-oriented personality with strong communication skills, a high level of responsibility, resilience, and strong organizational skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
