At Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH in Donauwörth, you will take on a central role as Project Coordinator Aerospace. You will coordinate key internal and external stakeholders, manage project plans and customer contracts, and support the delivery of the H145 helicopter with your technical understanding and organizational skills.

Tasks
- Support the Contract Management team in planning and executing customer contracts
- Track project schedules, milestones and budgets, including detailed action tracking
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Production, Service and external partners
- Monitor and ensure compliance with export regulations and internal compliance standards
- Validate commercial offers and manage customer feedback during aircraft delivery
- Prepare project documentation, presentations and reports for internal and external use
- Drive risk and opportunity management activities
- Follow up on customer satisfaction post-delivery
Qualifications
- Completed university degree (Bachelor minimum) in Project Management, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or International Management
- Several years of professional experience in project coordination, aerospace, customer service, engineering or technical documentation
- Experience with international teams; familiarity with military processes and clients is a plus
- Advanced IT skills in MS Office, SAP, GSuite; knowledge of Planisware is an advantage
- Fluent German and English skills (min. C1 level required)
- Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes
- A valid and unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
