You will support project managers in detailed planning, risk management, and reporting, and ensure effective collaboration between international teams and stakeholders.

The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 63,141 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 31.12.2026. Responsibilities


  • Project Management Processes: Establish, maintain, and optimize processes for Spanish Future Air Power projects
  • Project Support: Assist in detailed planning, progress tracking, risk management, and reporting
  • Documentation Quality: Ensure consistency and quality of project plans, status reports, minutes, and decision logs
  • Communication & Collaboration: Facilitate effective interaction between project teams, internal/external stakeholders, and Spanish partners
  • Project Performance: Monitor performance, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions
  • Reporting: Coordinate and consolidate project information for executive reports and senior management presentations
  • Best Practices: Participate in implementing project management best practices and continuous PMO improvement
  • Point of Contact: Act as the key contact for all PMO-related matters for Spanish projects


Qualifications

  • Completed university degree (at least Bachelor's) in Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field
  • Several years of professional experience in project management or PMO roles, preferably in complex environments and/or the aerospace/defense sector
  • Familiarity with the defense industry and the dynamics of international projects is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Primavera P6)
  • Business fluent English (at least C1); German and Spanish skills are a plus
  • CV in English required
  • Independent working style, strong communication skills, and teamwork ability
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
