The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 63,141 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 31.12.2026. Responsibilities
- Project Management Processes: Establish, maintain, and optimize processes for Spanish Future Air Power projects
- Project Support: Assist in detailed planning, progress tracking, risk management, and reporting
- Documentation Quality: Ensure consistency and quality of project plans, status reports, minutes, and decision logs
- Communication & Collaboration: Facilitate effective interaction between project teams, internal/external stakeholders, and Spanish partners
- Project Performance: Monitor performance, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions
- Reporting: Coordinate and consolidate project information for executive reports and senior management presentations
- Best Practices: Participate in implementing project management best practices and continuous PMO improvement
- Point of Contact: Act as the key contact for all PMO-related matters for Spanish projects
Qualifications
- Completed university degree (at least Bachelor's) in Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in project management or PMO roles, preferably in complex environments and/or the aerospace/defense sector
- Familiarity with the defense industry and the dynamics of international projects is a plus
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)
- Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Primavera P6)
- Business fluent English (at least C1); German and Spanish skills are a plus
- CV in English required
- Independent working style, strong communication skills, and teamwork ability
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
