For our client HENSOLDT Optronics GmbH, we are looking for a Project Manager After Sales & Service in Oberkochen who combines technical expertise with entrepreneurial thinking. You will take on responsibility in a security-relevant environment and actively help shape service processes for complex optoelectronic systems. Tasks

  • Management of service projects to ensure the operational readiness of optoelectronic systems
  • Planning and control of all measures for the supply of technical components
  • Negotiation and management of service and subcontractor agreements
  • Organization and coordination of international service assignments
  • Definition and approval of work packages, including responsibility for deadlines and budgets
  • Control of service provision and reporting, including invoicing
  • Development and implementation of comprehensive service concepts
  • Preparation and negotiation of external service offers

Qualifications

  • Completed technical degree, ideally with additional business qualifications or comparable background
  • Several years of experience in technical project management, ideally in the defense industry
  • Experience in obsolescence, change, and configuration management
  • Knowledge of life cycle management as well as export and ITAR regulations
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, SAP, SharePoint
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English and French (at least B2)
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
