Tasks
- Planning, integration, and control of the High Lift & MSI Wing work package across all technical and functional interfaces
- Project preparation and structure definition, including dossier creation
- Verification of technical maturity levels and change decisions with sound data
- Developing implementation strategies and proactively managing risks
- Ensuring economic efficiency: keeping an eye on ramp-up targets, potential savings, and throughput times
- Identifying, evaluating, and managingopportunities and risks
- Providing status reports and transparency on project progress
- Assuming responsibility as Product Change Leader (PCL) for specific changes
Qualifications
- Completed master's or diploma degree in aircraft construction, engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field
- Many years of experience in project management and several years of experience in engineering and production planning
- Very good knowledge of project management
- Experience with product lifecycle management and configuration management desirable
- Confident use of Google Workspace
- Business fluent English (at least C1) / knowledge of German or French is an advantage
- Willingness to travel (once a week to Bremen, 1–2 trips per quarter in Europe/UK)
- Resume in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
