Responsibilities
- Project definition and goal setting in coordination with sponsors and stakeholders to support the industrial strategy
- Project planning including the creation and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and status reports
- Project monitoring of progress as well as the identification and management of potential risks and issues
- Project coordination of meetings, workshops, and communication flows within the projects
- Process compliance by ensuring adherence to project processes and guidelines
- Project documentation of decisions, results, and lessons learned
- Data preparation and creation of presentations for stakeholders
- Resource management by supporting resource planning and budget management
Qualifications
- Completed degree in project management or engineering (at least Bachelor's)
- Many years of professional experience in project management or a PMO role
- Several years of experience in manufacturing or production
- Proficient use of MS Office, SAP, and GSuite
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and good written and spoken English skills (at least B2)
- Technical background advantageous
- Strong communication and organizational skills, teamwork, and independent working style
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
