The voice of the site – shape internal and external communication proactively.

At ArianeGroup GmbH in Taufkirchen near Munich, you will be responsible as Project Manager, Communications for the strategic planning and implementation of local communication. You are the main contact for management and employees and ensure the local implementation of global communication policy – ensuring everyone at the site is informed about projects, news, and activities.

The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 69,809 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 31.07.2026. Responsibilities


  • Strategic communication planning: Develop and implement local plans for external and internal communication
  • Site management: As the main contact for management and employees, ensure the local implementation of communication policies and processes
  • Early warning system: Communicate events and news with local to global relevance proactively
  • Information management: Inform employees about site projects, activities, news, and developments
  • Communication channels: Manage information instruments and measures at site level (intranet, announcements, presentations)
  • Project coordination: Coordinate internal cross-departmental projects of the Communication Directorate
  • Consulting: Support site management in local internal communication and public image building


Qualifications

  • Completed university degree in humanities, social sciences, or comparable qualification (minimum Bachelor's)
  • Several years of professional experience as a commercial clerk, in aerospace, in project management, or public relations / communication management
  • Proficient in MS Office (knowledge of detailed functions)
  • Business fluent German skills (at least C1) and proficient English skills (at least B2)
  • High degree of responsibility, resilience, and organizational talent
  • Good communication skills and the ability to integrate into a team
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
