We are currently looking for a dedicated Project Manager Aviation Logistics for our client Airbus Aerostructures GmbH at their Hamburg-Finkenwerder site. In this position, you will be responsible for the further development of logistics processes in the ARP system, coordinating IT demands, and ensuring compliance with strategic requirements – with a direct influence on supply chain and production logistics. Tasks

  • Further development and management of efficient, sustainable, and standardized logistics processes
  • Ensuring timely material supply for production
  • Close cooperation with the ARP project team and internal stakeholders
  • Validating business requirements and deriving standardized system solutions
  • Defining and tracking process metrics, performance indicators, and compliance requirements
  • Creating, prioritizing, and coordinating IT demands and business requirement dossiers
  • Participating in central Scrum ceremonies such as PI planning and demos

Qualifications

  • Degree in business informatics, industrial engineering, supply chain management/logistics, or comparable field
  • Several years of professional experience in project management and supply chain/logistics, as well as initial professional experience in IT systems
  • Very good knowledge of process and change management
  • Experience in aerostructures business processes and relevant external requirements
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace
  • Business fluent German and English (at least C1) and French skills are an advantage
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
