Tasks
- Development and adaptation of configuration methods for test benches across programmes
- Implementation and optimisation of configuration management tools
- International representation of the department in workshops and coordination with participating functions
- Analysis of ongoing configuration processes to identify weaknesses and potential for improvement
- Management of sub-projects, including coordination of the project teams involved
- Integration of new working methods into existing teams, taking individual requirements into account
- Linking system development and test processes to ensure cabin comfort standards
Qualifications
- Completed degree in aircraft construction, engineering or a comparable technical field of study
- Several years of experience (more than 3 years) in configuration management and several years of experience (more than 2 years) in project management and testing processes
- Good knowledge of process management and basic knowledge of total quality management and problem-solving methods
- Detailed specialist knowledge of Google Workspace
- Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1 in each)
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe (2–3 times per year)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
