Tasks
- Controlling project goals in terms of time, scope, costs, and quality in accordance with internal and external regulations
- Defining, setting up, and managing the project organization, including matrix interfaces across all project phases
- Ensuring the integration of lessons learned for continuous improvement
- Actively managing risks and opportunities in the project (internal and external)
- Ensuring effective partner and supplier management
- Creating cost overviews and monitoring costs across all project phases
- Obtaining approvals and coordinating communication with the relevant authorities
- Coordinating renovation measures in accordance with relevant regulations
Qualifications
- Degree in architecture, civil engineering, engineering, mechanical engineering, construction project management, or supply engineering
- Several years of professional experience in construction management and project management
- Desirable: experience in project and construction management of industrial plants, industrial infrastructure, and industrial buildings
- Knowledge of coordinating renovation measures and the construction and erection of buildings and building technology
- Knowledge of agile methods in project management
- Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1 in each)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
