Tasks

  • Independent planning and management of construction projects in the areas of conversion, modernization and new construction
  • Coordination and control of external planning offices
  • Direct coordination with internal stakeholders to develop solutions
  • Responsibility for execution and billing of construction projects
  • Assumption of project and site management tasks
  • Ensuring quality, cost and schedule throughout the entire project lifecycle

Qualifications

  • Completed degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction project management, heating/ventilation/air conditioning technology or a comparable qualification; a Master’s degree is an advantage
  • Extensive professional experience in the construction sector as well as in project management
  • In-depth knowledge of MS Office required; CAD skills are desirable
  • Very good knowledge of German (at least C1), good knowledge of English (at least B2)
  • Strong team and communication skills
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
