Responsibilities
- Project Management: Conduct controlling, reporting, and kick-off and review meetings
- Customer Support: Process inquiries and orders, conduct meetings, and initiate satisfaction surveys
- Quotation Creation: Prepare technical and commercial offers including costing and pricing
- Process Assurance: Ensure quotation processes and internal order creation
- Data Management: Create evaluations and maintain customer databases
- Supplier Management: Handle the commercial processing of external services
- On-Time Performance: Ensure On-Time-Delivery (OTD), On-Time-Quality (OTQ), and On-Time-Cost (OTC)
- Improvement Processes: Initiate and conduct continuous improvement processes (CIP)
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration (at least Bachelor's) or a completed commercial/technical vocational training with corresponding further education (e.g., as a certified technician or technical business administrator)
- Many years of professional experience in finance, aerospace, as well as in project management and contract management
- Several years of experience in work preparation, controlling, and maintenance
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
- Teamwork skills, resilience, independent and customer-oriented working methods, as well as excellent communication skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
