Tasks
- Ensuring a consistent export control process to avoid delays, additional costs, sanctions, or fines
- Supporting and coordinating measures in the supply chain to avoid export deficiencies
- Coordinating and tracking export control processes with the functions involved, including maintaining the process landscape in the existing IT system
- Updating directives and process documents related to export control
- Coordinating coordination rounds and meetings, including tracking and following up on results and to-dos
- Ensuring the implementation of all necessary actions and coordinating cross-organizational projects
- Creating and coordinating internal and external reports and dashboards
Qualifications
- Commercial training (at least technician/specialist) or degree in law, industrial engineering, business administration, or economics (at least bachelor's degree)
- Several years of professional experience as a commercial clerk and in project management
- Relevant experience and knowledge in the field of export control and in the process environment is essential
- Knowledge of customs is an advantage
- Detailed specialist knowledge of Microsoft Office required; SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Business fluent in German (at least C1); advanced English (at least B2)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is essential
