Responsibilities
- Supporting internal clients in the workshops and ensuring a robust collaboration
- Initiating, managing, and implementing projects in the assigned client area, including schedule, action item, and stakeholder management
- Promoting and further developing the MRO Infrastructure Services portfolio within the client environment
- Identifying and driving product optimizations with clear business benefits and effective implementation oversight
- Conducting performance dialogues, deriving service level agreements, and ensuring their implementation in day-to-day operations
- Defining, introducing, and further developing performance targets, key performance indicators, and quality standards, including monitoring
- Conducting process analyses and implementing process optimizations (including lean approaches) in production areas
- Advising production areas at Lufthansa Technik locations in Germany and abroad and tracking process changes
Qualifications
- Completed university or technical college degree, preferably in business administration or industrial engineering
- Several years of professional experience in customer support and project management
- Very good knowledge of process management as well as lean management
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office, SAP, and wiki systems (e.g., Confluence)
- Advanced German and English (min. B2)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (not a student visa) is mandatory
- Willingness to work both domestically and abroad
