At Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, you will work as a Project Manager Ground Test Design at the interface between planning, execution, and optimization of functional tests. You will supervise workload models, manage subcontracting processes, and develop cost-efficient solutions for ground testing – in an international and highly dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
- Workload models and subcontracting: Independently supervise and manage
- Project planning and execution: Take responsibility for test campaigns
- Cost-reducing measures: Develop and implement for functional tests
- Transnational coordination: Actively contribute to test process alignments
- Innovative development programs: Actively shape in an agile environment
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Aircraft Construction, Aerospace Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering (at least Bachelor's degree)
- Several years of professional experience in project management and change management
- Initial experience in aircraft construction, supplier management, and process improvement
- Proficient use of SAP and Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and English (at least C1); French is an advantage
- Willingness to work on weekends, Sundays, and public holidays as well as on-call duty; willingness to travel (1-2 times per quarter worldwide)
- Teamwork skills, communication skills, and proactive working style
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
