Tasks
- Management and planning of complex projects in the production environment (including schedule, resource, quality, and cost management)
- Risk management and opportunity assessment as an integral part of your project work
- Responsible for project structure plans, phase completions, and monitoring defined milestones
- Close coordination with stakeholders and project teams to ensure the flow of information
- Introduction and further development of tools and processes in project management
- Consolidation of relevant project data for efficient decision support
- Reporting to program and line managers, including status reviews
Qualifications
- Completed degree in engineering, aerospace, mechanical engineering, business administration, industrial engineering, or international management
- Several years of experience in project management and manufacturing/production
- Experience in the aerospace industry, especially at Airbus, is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of change, process, and risk management
- Confident use of Google Workspace, knowledge of Planisware desirable
- Very good knowledge of German and English (at least C1 in each)
- Ideally, project management certification (e.g., PMI, IPMA)
- Willingness to travel monthly within northern Germany
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
