Responsibilities
- Interface management by actively supporting and coordinating internal and external stakeholders
- Project control of various disciplines such as planning, risk management, and communication
- Project reviews by preparing and conducting them, and being responsible for internal and external reporting
- Data analysis of project management data for continuous process improvement
- Project governance by supporting governance structures and contributing to strategic improvement goals
- Documentation by creating and maintaining the annual Project History Report
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in engineering or a technical field (at least Bachelor's degree)
- Several years of professional experience in project management and process improvement
- Initial experience in occupational safety as well as manufacturing and production
- Proficient use of SAP and Google Workspace
- Good knowledge of Change Management and Lean Management
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and English (at least C1)
- Knowledge of Skywise is advantageous
- Strong teamwork skills, communication skills, and analytical thinking
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
