For our client Lufthansa Technik AG, we are looking for a Project Manager Infrastructure and Equipment at the Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel location. You will lead projects for infrastructure adaptation and equipment integration, developing innovative production layouts and methods to enhance quality and efficiency worldwide.

Responsibilities
- Project management for infrastructure adaptations and the integration of equipment
- Conduct value stream analyses and develop efficient production layouts based on them
- Drive process optimization through the analysis and implementation of innovative production methods
- Ensure availability by creating maintenance, servicing, and training concepts for critical production equipment
- Provide international consulting to production areas at LHT locations domestically and abroad
- Ensure continuous improvement of work processes and the sustainable implementation of process changes
- Performance management through the definition, introduction, and optimization of targets, key figures, and quality standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering, industrial engineering, computer science, business informatics, or business administration
- Several years of experience in project management
- Excellent knowledge of project management, process management, and lean management
- Excellent computer skills with a focus on MS Office, JIRA, SAP, and Wiki
- Good German (at least B2) and advanced English skills (at least B1)
- Willingness to work both domestically and abroad
- Willingness to work early shifts
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (not a student visa) is absolutely required
