Tasks
- Management and implementation of logistics projects and operational engineering initiatives in warehouse logistics
- Transformation of the warehouse management system into a harmonized Airbus standard process
- Process optimization for inbound and outbound flows along the entire value chain up to the assembly point
- Definition, development, and establishment of new logistics standards and concepts in warehouse management
- Functional management of cross-functional project teams in matrix organizations
- Coordination and independent management of the “Rate Readiness” mission with a focus on large warehouses and warehouse processes
- Ensuring project goals in terms of time, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Degree in industrial engineering, supply chain/logistics, supply chain quality, international management or comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in IT, project management, supplier management and supply chain/logistics
- Very good knowledge of process management, lean management, and change management as well as basic knowledge of KAIZEN
- Experience with digitalization topics and Palantir desirable
- Confident use of Google Workspace and knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1)
- Resume in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
