Responsibilities


  • Project leadership and coordination of logistics and transport projects from initiation to completion
  • Project planning with detailed plans, schedules, and budget forecasts
  • Risk management through identification, analysis, and development of mitigation strategies
  • Stakeholder management with regular reporting and alignment of project objectives
  • Quality assurance by ensuring compliance with internal and external standards and regulations
  • Team leadership and motivation of the project team in a collaborative work environment
  • Supplier management for external service providers within the scope of the projects
  • Process optimization through continuous improvement of project management methods


Qualifications

  • Completed technical or business administration degree (at least technician/specialist) or comparable qualification in the field of Supply Chain / Logistics
  • Several years of professional experience in project management as well as in the areas of change management, interface management, and process improvement
  • Initial experience in the aerospace industry as well as in the field of supply chain / logistics
  • Confident use of SAP as well as initial knowledge of Click'n Buy (BySide) and Google Workspace
  • Good knowledge of Lean Management
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English
  • Structured and results-oriented way of working, pronounced communication and problem-solving skills
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
