Responsibilities
- Project leadership and coordination of logistics and transport projects from initiation to completion
- Project planning with detailed plans, schedules, and budget forecasts
- Risk management through identification, analysis, and development of mitigation strategies
- Stakeholder management with regular reporting and alignment of project objectives
- Quality assurance by ensuring compliance with internal and external standards and regulations
- Team leadership and motivation of the project team in a collaborative work environment
- Supplier management for external service providers within the scope of the projects
- Process optimization through continuous improvement of project management methods
Qualifications
- Completed technical or business administration degree (at least technician/specialist) or comparable qualification in the field of Supply Chain / Logistics
- Several years of professional experience in project management as well as in the areas of change management, interface management, and process improvement
- Initial experience in the aerospace industry as well as in the field of supply chain / logistics
- Confident use of SAP as well as initial knowledge of Click'n Buy (BySide) and Google Workspace
- Good knowledge of Lean Management
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English
- Structured and results-oriented way of working, pronounced communication and problem-solving skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
