We are looking for you as a Project Manager Maintenance – Customer Service / Repair for HENSOLDT Sensors GmbH at our Ulm location. You coordinate repair and spare parts processes in customer service, keep deadlines and budgets under control, and ensure clean documentation right up to delivery. Tasks

  • Processing and managing repair orders in the factory as part of the In Service Support project team
  • Serving as the central point of contact for customers in order processing and coordinating all interfaces
  • Ensuring costs, deadlines, and quality within the repair process
  • Awarding and tracking orders to internal and external departments
  • Preparing cost estimates and quotations, including coordination with relevant departments
  • Preparing customer-specific test and acceptance certificates
  • Preparing shipping documents and managing delivery to the customer
  • Regular internal reporting to product management and project management

Qualifications

  • Completed commercial or technical vocational training
  • Initial to several years of professional experience in order processing, maintenance, repair/service, or quotations (depending on seniority)
  • Experience in preparing quotations and dealing with customer/interface communication
  • Very good knowledge of SAP (Sales and Distribution, Customer Service, and Materials Management modules)
  • Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1 in each)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
