As a maintenance project manager, you will take responsibility for the successful realisation of projects - from planning to follow-up. You will coordinate internal and external partners, optimise processes and ensure timely implementation in compliance with all quality and safety standards. Tasks
- Independent planning, management and implementation of maintenance projects in all phases
- Ensuring timely implementation through precise time and resource planning and budget monitoring
- Coordinating and monitoring external company services to ensure high quality and efficiency
- Developing and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance strategies to minimise downtime
- Identification of weak points in processes and continuous optimisation to increase efficiency
- Interface management between internal departments, external service providers and customers for successful project realisation
- Moderation of meetings, workshops and regular status meetings for coordination and target realisation
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards as well as occupational health and safety and environmental regulations in all project steps
Qualifications
- Completed studies in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable field (minimum Bachelor's degree)
- Several years of professional experience in maintenance and project management of complex projects
- Sound knowledge of MS Office and SAP as well as experience in the use of Google Workspace
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working with strong organisational skills
- Team-orientation and the ability to communicate with various departments and external service providers across departments
- A valid work permit for the European Union (no student visa)
