The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 69,809 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 22.12.2026. Responsibilities
- Project Steering: Prepare status reports for top management in Operations and present them in Steering Committees
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain trans-divisional collaboration with REACh stakeholders and managers across divisions
- Industrialization: Manage the replacement and industrialization of products and technologies containing banned substances based on site impact
- Shopfloor Support: Centralize and coordinate shopfloor support requirements within the VERUS portfolio
- Project Coordination: Attend various management meetings at project level and manage risks and opportunities at project level
- Procurement: In close coordination with internal stakeholders and CapEx, accelerate and unblock procurement needs
- Environmental Projects: Coordinate replacement projects (e.g., cadmium) and the Industrial Environmental Roadmap (IER)
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline (at least Master's/Diploma)
- Several years of professional experience in project management
- Experience in production and/or Manufacturing Engineering activities is mandatory
- Knowledge of metallic technologies should be available
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of SAP, SNT, ARM, Jira, Confluence, UP, and Google tools is required
- Business fluent English (at least C1); proficient Spanish (at least B2); German language skills are a plus
- CV in English language required
- Strong teamwork skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and analytical thinking
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
