Responsibilities
- Programme Planning: Take responsibility for steering and monitoring strategic milestones and schedules for the Single Aisle programme
- Cost Management: Support budget planning and control, ensuring financial targets are met
- Risk Management: Conduct risk analyses and develop and implement corresponding mitigation plans
- Baseline Management: Define and document project baselines, ensuring their controlled evolution
- Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate collaboration between multidisciplinary teams, including the engineering department, as a central interface
- Review Preparation: Create and moderate decision papers and presentations for programme reviews
- Customer Value: Continuously focus on customer value and integrate it into programme steering
Qualifications
- Successfully completed Master's or Diplom degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Management, or Economics
- Many years of professional experience in project management, finance, and customer service
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and process improvement
- Good knowledge of change management and risk management; knowledge of the Airbus environment and business processes is a plus
- Proficient use of Google Workspace; knowledge of Planisware is a plus
- Business fluent English (at least C1); French language skills are a plus
- Willingness to travel for business (approx. once per month, mainly to Toulouse)
- Strong analytical skills, teamwork, and communication skills
- CV in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
