Responsibilities


  • Program Management Support: Support the responsible contract manager in areas such as cost controlling, risk and opportunity management, and reporting
  • Contract Management: Continuously analyze contract content, identify deviations, and prepare compensation claims
  • Claim Management: Manage customer inquiries and deviations from the scope of services via an Issue Tracking System (ITS)
  • Reporting: Evaluate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), create reports, and derive and track measures
  • Risk and Opportunity Management: Conduct regular management internally and towards the customer, and identify and implement measures
  • Process Optimization: Create process descriptions for complex helicopter upgrades and coordinate with specialist departments
  • Proposal Involvement in the creation of complex proposals


Qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree in Business Administration (at least Bachelor's) or comparable field of study
  • Many years of experience in Configuration Management
  • Several years of experience in the areas of disposition/material procurement, logistics, aerospace, and production planning and control
  • Experience in project management
  • Confident handling of Google Workspace
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
  • Experience in creating analyses and in project and program management (especially risk & opportunity, claim management, reporting)
  • Knowledge in the area of financial key figures (e.g., cost controlling) advantageous
  • High service and customer orientation, teamwork, proactive working style, and independent project leadership
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
