At Airbus Defence and Space GmbH in Manching, you will work as a Project Manager/Project Leader Construction overseeing the entire execution of new construction and renovation projects. You combine technical expertise with economic thinking and are responsible for the smooth realization of buildings and facilities – from initial planning to final handover.

The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 69,809 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 30.11.2027. Responsibilities
- Overall project management of construction projects from requirements definition to completion and handover
- Interface management with authorities, users, internal specialist departments, as well as external planners and executing companies
- Requirements review and goal definition aligned with strategic company objectives
- Project execution including independent project planning, implementation, and accounting
- Planning of costs, schedules, and preparation of decision proposals and status reports
- Quality and compliance assurance in accordance with legal regulations and occupational health and safety
- Contract management from preparation and negotiation to order tracking
- Cross-trade responsibility for construction projects and collaboration in multifunctional teams
Qualifications
- Completed Master's or Diplom degree in civil engineering, construction project management, architecture, industrial engineering in construction, or building services engineering
- Several years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in construction project control/project management, ideally on the corporate, consulting, or planning side
- Extensive interdisciplinary knowledge in the areas of planning, execution, structural engineering, building services engineering, cost and schedule planning, as well as project and facility management
- Proficient handling of MS Office, MS Project, and industry-specific software such as CAD
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- Very good knowledge of HOAI, VOB, and AHO
- Systematic, goal-oriented, and independent working style, high communication skills and resilience
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
